Lütetsburg has some great, entertaining activities in store for families. Children, in particular, get their money's worth here - whether they take a ride on the little mini-land rovers or explore the park with the children's audioguide specially developed for our younger guests, there is something suitable for every age group.
Children up to 12 years of age receive free admission to the Schlosspark gardens during the season (April to October) during the opening hours of the park shop.

Adventures for little explorers! Since 2017 we have a special children’s audio guide for our Schlosspark. It leads through the park in a playful way while giving a completely different view of the nature, the history and the park itself.
Merle, the East Frisian blackbird, leads the children through 16 stations in the park. Every station has an exciting story to tell.
You can find audio guides for children in the park shop at the entrance of the gardens.
If you want to solve an exciting puzzle, you can join our children’s riddle "Schlossparkgeheimnis". With the help of a book and our audio guide, your children can reenact a crime case by Lübbert R. Haneborger. The Children’s crime story took third place at the German Garden Book Award 2014 and is available in our park shop.
Another highlight is our mini Land-Rovers for children between 6 and 12 years. These small electric vehicles are the perfect vehicles are perfect to explore our park. Any child that has successfully completed a few laps in our park will be allowed to take home a children’s driving license.
There is even equipment, perfect for little explorers available in the shop. Extensive research utensils for young explorers and versatile knight supplies await the little ones.
