The castle park offers a lot of space for culture, sports and fun. Throughout the year, a wide variety of events take place here in Lütetsburg, attracting both locals and tourists:

Highlights in spring are the rhododendron and azalea blossoms, the Lütetsburg corn maze, every two years in late summer the Illumina - a light art festival which transforms the Schlosspark gardens into an impressive sea of lights - and of course the magical Lütetsburg Christmas on the 3rd weekend of Advent. All just a stone's throw away from the North Sea coast.
